Finally in good spirits, Leonard waited for Nicoma in the middle of the camp. He couldn't wait to see her again, after the dark streak he'd been in the last moon. In fact, he missed all of his friends and was happy Kifu knocked some sense into him, as she was the only one who could.

Nicoma ran to the middle of the camp. She finally felt liek she was able to talk to Leo again, which was a good thing.

"Morning!" She called as soon as she saw him,"What are we doing today?"

Leonard laughed, unable to contain himself. Nicoma didn't even seem to mind his leave the past month, which was a good thing because Leonard didn't want to go back to that dark time.

"Good morning, Nicoma," he replied, stretching. He wanted to draw out the time and let her impatience grow. He wanted her to be excited for the next lesson. "I didn't have much planned for today, just a nice long lecture. Nothing of importance." He tried to keep a straight face, but it was too irresistable. He covered his mouth with his hand, trying to hold back the building chuckles.

"What's so funny?!" Nicoma cried. She didn't see anything funny about lectures.

Leonard calmed himself down, even though he wanted to laugh harder at Nicoma's reaction. "You're funny, silly!" he cried. He paused for a second, stock-still, then laughed even louder at his tone of voice. "Sorry, sorry," he finally wheezed. "Sorry."

Taking a deep breath, he continued to say, "But seriously, Nicoma, a lecture with me? Common, do you know me?"

"Uh..." Nicoma pretended to look at her feet in an unknowing manner. "Maybe..." She looked back up with a grin on her face.

"So, what DO you have planned?"

Leonard laughed again, his voice booming over the camp. A couple tribespeople looked his way, but he just waved them off. "Come to my hut... I've got plenty to show you."

He led her to his hut and quickly opened the door. He pointed to the wall, where a couple swords already hung. "These are a couple of swords I have crafted myself. Feel free to take them from their rests and test them or whatever. Have any clue yet?"

Nicoma thought, Leo was the Head of Arts and things.

"Are we learning about being an Artisan?" She asked.

Leonard beamed. "Exactly!" he cried, euphoric. "But today, um, I guess a lecture is the closest thing to it. You get to learn about they types of swords and knives you can make. Tomorrow I'll teach you the tools. How's that sound?"

"Kay!" Nicoma said. She looked at the swords hanging on the wall. "These look really good! No wonder you're the head!"

Leonard smiled, which was kind of hard when he was already beaming. "Why thanks," he said softly. "Since I don't know where to start, just point at a sword and I could tell you the name."

Before Nicoma could open her mouth, he added quickly, "You do know that that sword you have and like so much is a ninjaken, right? And that my sword of choice is the nodachi, which is basically an over-sized katana?" He shook his head. "Sorry. Just point and learn."

Nicoma laughed. "I knew what I was using, but not what you had." She looked around.

"What's that one?" She pointed.

[[OOC: Sorry but I don't know much about swords (even though I would like to) so you can just name random swords.]]

Leonard scanned his eyes over the sword Nicoma was pointing at. It hung just under a katana, a bore a strong resemblance toward it. "That's a Wakizashi," he said simply. "Normally one wears it along with the katana as a pair. And the sword hanging just above it is obviously the Katana."

"Cool!" Nicoma breathed. "What about that one?" She pointed to one above the Katana.

"That," Leonard said, scanning his eyes over the detailed blade, "Is a Tachi." He lifted it from the wall. "Don't mistake it with the Katana. A tachi is more curved and longer than a katana. But of course many people don't know that and just call it a katana anyway." He held it out. "You can take any of these from their places, you know."
