XILE: Tell me straight, what's the worst thing about [Twilight]? *reporter mode*
KIFU: *taps keyboard* Her story line. Sucked.
XILE: *notes* mhmm...
KIFU : AND EDWARD! I HATE him!
XILE: Any reasons why? *continues noting* What makes him un-likeable?
KIFU: Mostly 'cause he's a goody two-shoes, but also 'cause everyone else likes him. *shivers* His personality just rubs off on me wrong.
XILE: *notes* is a vampire but a goody two-shoes, everyone else loves the hero of the book. Tell me is there anything else?
KIFU: Um. I dunno? I like blood. There ain't enough.
XILE: Okay then *moving on from Edward* what do you think of the Lady-hero of the story?
KIFU: Lady hero? Where?
XILE: Edwards love...
KIFU: Oh. She's a hero? Since when? She's always the damsel in distress.
XILE: SHe's part of the good guys <.<
KIFU: Oh. Coulda fooled me.
XILE: It's just a term
KIFU: Ja, ja. Ich weiB. Don't like Bella, either. She's too helpless. She needs to die.
XILE: Lol okay, she is the damsel in distress... far too helpless, needs to die. got it. *notes*
KIFU: Zactly.
XILE: What do you think the Twilight series needs to fix so that it may become a likeable series?
KIFU: Uh. Edward needs to die. Actually, kill all the characters 'cept the werewolves.
XILE: Story-wise, what do you think the plot needs to change? The concept? The direction? Does it need something other than romance at it's core? *continues noting*
KIFU: War. War's always good. Fighting. Blood. VIOLENCE! No goody two-shoes. No one likes them.
XILE: *notes* war, fighting, blood and no goody two-shoes. Should the villans of the story change? Or are they 'good enough'?
KIFU: What villains?
XILE: The ones after Edward and Bella of course
KIFU: There are more internal disagreements than anything, 'sides romance. Shoot. They're minor. Seriously.
XILE: *notes* okay then, lets take it this way. Should there be any villans in the book series?
KIFU: Villains make a story interesting. ACTUAL villains.
XILE: *notes* actual villans make story interesting, should there be a single 'head villan' such as dracula? Or is he already implemented in the story in some way?
KIFU: Head villian sounds cool.
XILE: *notes* head villan sounds cool. Now for my next question, since you suggest Edward is too much of a goody two-shoes, are you suggesting he needs a more darker role in the story line? An evil role perhaps?
KIFU: Ooh. Dark. Yeah. He should be unable to restrain himself sometimes.
XILE: Should he be a semi-good guy?
KIFU: Or just die.
XILE: Or should have be a powerful hero who won't take mercy upon his victims?
KIFU: Yes!
XILE: In other words, goody two-shoes out the window.
KIFU: Blood! Yes!
XILE: Should the blood also come with gore? Or should it just simply be blood without gory details
KIFU: Gore comes with blood, of course.
XILE: Keeping it at a teen range between 14-18 too much gore may keep younger readers from enjoying the book. That is why such a question is aroused.
KIFU: Good. There should be books just meant for teens and young adults--keeps in more interesting.
XILE: Since the younger fans seem to enjoy the book series as much as the older, wouldn't it be an obsticale to put to much gore in teh story?
KIFU: Nope. Screw the young kids. They have their own books. They can wait to read these.
XILE: *notes* screw the younger generation, they have their own books. Would you then recommend that the author 'take it up a notch'? Don't try to please younger readers, get up and start pleasing the adult audience. Give them the 'WOW' they all wanna see
KIFU: Zactly!
XILE: Leave out the romance trash, bring in the exciting battles...
KIFU: I mean, putting it into my friend's words, sorta, the last book sorta is porno, so why not add blood?
XILE: *notes* Do you think a little bit of romance is appropriate for the Twilight series?
KIFU: A little, yeah. Dat's okay.
XILE: But it should not be the basis of the story correct? *notes*
KIFU : Correct. I'm gonna sound like a deranged, blood-crazy teenageer, aren't I?
XILE: Yep, but who isn’t? *notes* romance should not be the basis of the book.
KIFU: Yup.
XILE: You are of a wide audience. It should be noted what the fans want. Do you not think so?
KIFU: Sure. Wait--I'm a fan? What changed here?
XILE: A fan of a new kind of Twilight, a fan who wants a true new Twilight series
KIFU: Oh. Okay. But the true Twilight sucks. That's fact.
XILE: You are a naysayer, the one who denies the series, your opinion is highly regarded and is often looked up to the most.
KIFU: Cool. I'm a God. *lol* No. Just kidding.
XILE: All sides of the fans must be regarded *notes* Keeping it neutral will get others involved.
KIFU: Rightio, Batman. No idea where that came from.
XILE: And now, (oh thank you O_O XD) lets quickly look at the Twilight movie series
KIFU: First movie sucked, haven't seen teh second. I'm (obviously) not a fan of the Twilight books, and I could angrily point out details that weren't like the book.
XILE: Since the movies are 'based' off the series, would it mean that the movies are not entirely based on the storyline?
KIFU: Well, they got the basic storyline yet, but they just changed some details that could anger peoples.
XILE: In comparison, which is better? Books or movie series?
KIFU: Books are always better. Don't forget that. Always read the book before the movie. Don't judge a book by its movie.
XILE: Ah... *notes* That is an important detail, books are always better. Despite what you feel about the Twilight series, what would you recommend a fan to do?
KIFU: Whatddya mean, recommend them to do?
XILE: Which should they do first? Read or watch?
KIFU: Read, of course!
XILE: Often users want to skip the books and watch the movie instead. That is why I must ask such a question.
KIFU: Reading expands the human creativity, which is sadly waning in the world. Never, ever do that. It ruins your experience with the book. The book is nearly always the origioinal.
XILE: Ah, a slowly dying generation of readers... *notes* watching the film before reading the book will ruin the experience...
KIFU: Yup.
XILE: Good! On a scale of 1-10 what do you rate the movies and the books?
KIFU: I'll give it something, and rate the books 4 and movie ('cause I only seen the first ) 2.
XILE: Ah thank you *notes* I will end this interview with a few more questions. I want to thank you for the time you set to answer my questions *is all reporter poker face*- in advance. Now do you think every Twilight fan will enjoy your perceptions in this interview?
KIFU: No. Not at all. I'll be massacred.
XILE: Do you think you'll open up a few more eyes? Do you feel some may side with you?
KIFU: I don't really care what people think of me, but definitely some will side with me.
XILE: *notes* fans will scream 'HATER' upon reading interview
KIFU: I'm not the only blood-crazy person out there.
XILE: Yet the brave interviewee is staying her ground *notes* And finally, what have you to say to the author? Any negative, positive feedback on your side?
KIFU: Author: Don't write another series. Or book, for that matter.
XILE: And there you have it! An interview with an Anti-Twilight naysayer, her points are clear, her base is sound and she would love to see more action! I'm Xile signing off reporting the latest in this crazy teen world. *signing off, Reporter Xile... elevator music begins to play softly in the background* XD

So what y'all think? What do we need to change to make it actually more podcast-like, 'cause we (or more so me) were thinking to chance it into something of a podcast. It'll be like a forensics piece when we're halfway across an continent!

Total hilarity. I loved it! I'm along the perfect divide in peoples' opinion. Not neutral neccesarily, but I share enough likes and dislikes about Twilight that Where I officially stand is indeterminable.
In other words, I share most of your views but also seem to have a soft spot for that story, too. (I'm referring to the story BEFORE the merchendising and fad-popularity of it all...)

Don't change anything to the interview--I like the freshness of the interview. I can actually hear your voices coming off the script. It's great!

Haha! Glad you liked it, meine Freundin. I said this to someone already, but I just wish I would have mentioned something about the sparkly vampires.

Once Xile gets un-sick, we'll have this podcast right away!
